Ann Towell

Ann Towell is the child of Dutch immigrant parents. She grew up the middle child of nine in the town of Wallaceburg.

Her married life is spent working with her husband, photojournalist, Larry Towell. She acquired the skills to process film, make contact sheets, work prints and scans. In the process she also developed skills in Photoshop.
From there she began making photo art using those abilities.

Four children, and six grandchildren later she is choosing to celebrate the sanctity of childhood with her work.
